1. Return Policy Overview

At STILE DI ENRIQUEZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws, including the 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Products that have been installed or assembled
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Electrical items that have been used or plugged in
  • Gift cards

3. EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email or letter) before the 14-day period expires. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

Please note that certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, and goods made to your specifications.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided, including the RMA number on the outside
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • Defective Products: We cover return shipping for items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Wrong Item Sent: We cover return shipping if we sent the wrong product
  • EU Withdrawal Right: For returns under the 14-day EU withdrawal right, you are responsible for return shipping costs

For large or heavy items, please contact us for a return shipping quote before sending.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Inspection: Returns are inspected within 3 business days of receipt
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  • Contact us to arrange the exchange
  • Return the original item following our return process
  • We will ship the replacement item once we receive and approve the return
  • Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly

For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

9. Warranty

All products sold by STILE DI ENRIQUEZ come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Electrical component failures under normal use
  • Structural defects in furniture

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper installation
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications
