2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Italian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships, including tracking information.
3. Large and Fragile Items
Large items such as furniture and oversized lighting fixtures may require special shipping arrangements. For these items:
- Delivery times may be extended by 3-5 additional business days
- White glove delivery service is available for an additional fee
- Appointment-based delivery may be required
- Additional handling fees may apply
We take extra care in packaging fragile items such as glass lighting fixtures and decorative pieces. All fragile items are professionally packed with appropriate protective materials.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through:
- The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- The carrier's website using your tracking number
- Contacting our customer service team
5. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders outside the European Union:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
- These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing
- Please check with your local customs office for information on potential charges
6. Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or pickup. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) or expected delivery date (for lost packages)
- Provide photos of any damage to the packaging and products
- Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.
